I created The Becoming Institute to be Canada’s hub for trauma recovery training—a home for nurses who know that trauma recovery belongs in every place they serve. Whether or not they become nurse–psychotherapists, they leave here equipped to bring high-quality trauma recovery care into hospitals, homes, schools, community programs, and places of worship. This is where nurses come to step fully into their calling as the great healers of our time.
My mission is to build a new generation of nurse–psychotherapists equipped to change lives at scale in the communities they live, work, play, and pray.
