The Becoming Institute is seeking a Program Manager / PMO Lead to support our Certificate in Psychological Health & Safety. You will run the delivery engine end-to-end—cohort scheduling, session logistics, attendance and completion tracking, applied artifact workflow and review-cycle service levels, make-up coordination, and monthly/quarterly reporting—coordinating internal and external contributors and maintaining version control and controlled releases so delivery remains disciplined, consistent, and audit-ready at scale.
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Program/Project Management, Operations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education/Adult Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience running cohort-based program delivery at scale.
Project/program management training (formal coursework, certificate, or comparable professional development) sufficient to build mobilization plans, manage milestones, and operate governance and change control.
PM credential (asset): PMP/CAPM (or equivalent) is considered an asset, not required.
